Nepal brings home three medals from int’l Karate tournament
Nepal has won three medals in the third Nisimura Cup, an International Karate Tournament held in Philippines.
Nepal clinched one silver and two bronze medals in the tournament, according to Nepal Karate Federation General Secretary Harisharan KC. Simon Khatri won silver in men’s open category while Bika Bahadur Thami (45-50 men’s category) and Mohan Tamang ( 50-55 men’s category) came home with bronze in the tournament. The Kathmandu District Wadoryu Karate Do Federation and Nepal Wadoryu Karate Black Belt Committee Nepal Karate Federation jointly felicitated them amidst a programme here Wednesday.
